Each proposal will define the scope of our service offering, expected timeline until completion, and an estimate of fees to complete the assignment and a required retainer, if any.  Your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any third party.

In your email, please note any relevant information including the contact information (e.g. name, address, telephone and email address) of the appropriate individual to follow up with, a brief description of the need (e.g. type of business to be valued, background on the need for litigation support services, a brief company or situational overview, reason for the requested services (i.e. dissolution of marriage, estate tax, commercial litigation, etc.) and any pertinent deadlines.

We will follow up as needed to gather sufficient information, without obligation to you, in order for us to assess the need and our capabilities and qualifications to fulfill the need, together with obtaining what we will need to provide you with an engagement proposal, including our standard form engagement agreement, document/information request and management questionnaires, as appropriate to the facts and circumstances of your specific need.
